Order handoff

Following successful authorization, we generally need 1–2 business days to review, assemble, and release a JanSport order. Weekends, holidays, address questions, and exceptional demand may affect preparation.

The carrier's estimated travel time begins after dispatch and is normally 4–6 business days. It is an estimate rather than a promise of arrival.

Services and tracking

Delivery destinations, rates, and services that apply to the particular cart appear in checkout. Carrier tracking is sent using the contact information on the order when available.

Delivery exceptions
